    • Simmer on low-medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes until the liquor turns deep golden-amber.
    • Sweeten to taste with raw sugar or jaggery, strain through a fine mesh, and enjoy piping hot.

    For Orthodox, Green, or Black Tea:

    • Bring 200ml fresh water to 85°C–90°C (green tea) or 95°C (black tea).
    • Add 1 teaspoon of leaves and steep covered for 2 to 3 minutes. Strain and enjoy pure without milk.
