How to brew
Add 1 teaspoon per cup to boiling water and simmer for a minute, add milk, boil once more and strain. Increase to 1.5 teaspoons for an extra-strong kadak cup.

For Kadak Milk Chai (Classic / CTC / Elaichi):
- Bring equal parts fresh water (100ml) and full-cream milk (100ml) to a gentle rolling boil.
- Add 1 rounded teaspoon (approx. 2.5g) of Nidhi Tea per cup.
- Simmer on low-medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes until the liquor turns deep golden-amber.
- Sweeten to taste with raw sugar or jaggery, strain through a fine mesh, and enjoy piping hot.
For Orthodox, Green, or Black Tea:
- Bring 200ml fresh water to 85°C–90°C (green tea) or 95°C (black tea).
- Add 1 teaspoon of leaves and steep covered for 2 to 3 minutes. Strain and enjoy pure without milk.
